Shipping Policy

  • The minimum order quantity is 25 green gifts and 10 gift hampers respectively in offline order.
  • Work will be started after getting 60% upfront amount in offline order. Two weeks will be given to a company to pay the remaining amount. If a client/customer is not able to pay the remaining amount in the given time, 5% weekly late payment interest will be applied.
  • Work will be started after getting proper E-mail from the company in offline orders.
  • We require 3-5 days for green gifts and 7-10 days for gift hampers after getting order confirmation via email with 60% upfront payment.
  • Payment will be accepted by the company’s current account only.
  • As we provide branding also, in this case logo/ branding content will not be changed after getting final approval from the company/client.

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given period. We ship through registered courier companies throughout the year except public and national holidays.

  • We use porter or other delivery partner and our private e-vehicle to deliver the products locally. Free delivery on online orders. For offline orders we charge 50% of delivery on all orders.
  • You will receive a delivery confirmation E-mail when your order is out for delivery.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyers/companies.
  • Standard delivery timings are between 9 am to 8 pm. Order may get delay due to traffic, accident, rain, or any unforeseen reasons.
  • Processing Time:

    • We process orders within 2-3 business days. Choose from standard, expedited, or express shipping options. Delivery times vary based on location and chosen method. We deliver the products all over India.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Every time you place an order via the Shopping Cart that contains more than one delivery date, you can choose for your order to be shipped in the fewest possible packages or for your order to be shipped as soon as each item it becomes available.

    You can change your shipping preferences in Your Account at any time after placing your order as long as the order has not entered the shipping process yet.
