Returns Policy
REFUND POLICY & ORDER CANCELLATION:
- At Litmuz enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure the product quality. Though we deal in B2B and we deliver the products after having a discussion with the concerned person of the company. In this case, we do not offer any return policy as we do guarantee every green gift and gift hamper will arrive to you in great condition.
- In case of highly damaged condition of any order or product, you may report on Email ID- contact@litmuz.in or WhatsApp number 9454458780 with proof of damage images and order Id within 12 hours of receiving the products. We will replace the product or refund the amount within 5 days.
- No refund will be made in case of wrong address and contact number provided by the company/ customer.
- No refund will be made if recipient refuses to accept product, such orders will be treated as delivered.
- Orders delivered and accepted by the company/customer cannot be refunded.
Oder Cancellation-
- Before delivery If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@litmuz.in or WhatsApp on 9454458780 within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed without any penalties, and you will receive full refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders for items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be subject to different terms and may not be eligible for cancellation or refunds.
Refunds-
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Provide your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.
- Await a confirmation email from us confirming your cancellation and refund details, if applicable.
