Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹500: FREE shipping
Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping charge
Bulk Orders: Contact us for special shipping rates

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using this tracking number on our courier partner's website or contact our customer support for assistance.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, please ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address including landmark and contact number for smooth delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund processed.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
